Allesi Telecom & Security hereby provides its customers with its Reasonable Use Policy (“The Policy”) as a guide to help customers better understand the intended and permissible use of the service. The purpose of the Policy is to prevent misuse, fraud and abuse of services.
This Policy may be amended from time to time and any changes will be communicated to its customers via email.

Use for illicit purposes. The customer agrees to use the services and devices of Allesi Telecom & Security only for lawful purposes. Allesi Telecom & Security’s services may never be used for transmitting or receiving any material or comments that are unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, sexually explicit, indecent, racially or ethnically provocative, or otherwise other abusive material of any kind.
This includes, but is not limited to, any material that encourages behavior that could be declared criminal, incur civic responsibility, or otherwise violate applicable international, national, provincial, state, or local laws.
Allesi Telecom & Security reserves the right to terminate immediately any service and without notice of any customer who contravenes the aforementioned restrictions.

General use. Allesi Telecom & Security has the right to judge as excessive any use of the service by a customer that exceeds the average or estimated usage profiles that Allesi Telecom & Security can reasonably determine from time to time, according to its network analysis (“Profile of acceptable use “).
Aggregate use by the customer may be deemed to exceed the standard when it exceeds the Acceptable Use Pattern, and this in conjunction with other facts that may have a negative impact on other Allesi Telecom & Security customers or on the network of Allesi Telecom & Security and its partners. The customer is prohibited from using the device or service for automatic dialing, continuous and extended call forwarding, telemarketing, fax or voice mail delivery, or bulk voicemail.
Voice. The packages offered are subject to an aggregate limit of use of the Voice Platform which must not exceed the Allesi Telecom & Security Acceptable Use Profile, up to a maximum of 500 minutes per employee and mobile plan and 1500 minutes per executive user fee for the Voice Platform per user. This is the usage that exceeds the aggregate ceiling.
Permit per user / package and per billing cycle will be charged per minute at the regular rate of Allesi Telecom & Security.
International dialing can be activated on request. The customer will be obliged to accept full responsibility for any call from his device, authorized or not.

Cancellation of service for excessive use. Cancellation of service for excessive use. Allesi Telecom & Security reserves the right to take immediate action, including, but not limited to, suspension or cancellation of the service if it determines in its sole and absolute discretion that use of the service exceeds at any time the Acceptable Use Profile and that this use damages the network and / or other customers of Allesi Telecom & Security. These measures do not relieve customers of their responsibility and obligation to pay any user fees incurred up to the date of suspension or cancellation
