In order to guarantee quality service to all our customers, a reasonable usage policy applies to our long-distance package. This package includes a limit of 500 minutes per month for Canadian long-distance calls.
Terms of use :
1. Monthly limit: The package includes up to 500 long-distance minutes per month. Exceeding this limit will result in additional charges according to standard rates in effect.
2. Variable rates: Rates for long-distance calls may fluctuate depending on the region or country called. Specific prices are available in our price list and can be consulted at any time.
3. Personal use: This package is intended for personal, non-commercial use. Any use for commercial purposes or other intensive activities may result in suspension or revision of the service.
4. Usage Monitoring: We reserve the right to monitor call usage for abuse or excessive usage, which may include, but is not limited to, continuous calls to specific destinations.
5. Additional charges: If you exceed the 500-minute limit or make calls to destinations not included in your package, additional charges will apply in accordance with our price list.
